  • For Clubs: Club name, description, location (canton, city), facilities, languages, contact information
• Job Postings and Applications: Job descriptions, position details, application materials, communications
• Communications: Messages sent through our support system

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: App interactions, features used, session duration
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version
• Log Data: IP address, access times, error logs

• OAuth Authentication: If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive basic profile information (name, email) as permitted by those services

• Coach Profiles: Name, biography, qualifications, experience, positions, age groups, languages, photos, CV (if uploaded)
• Club Profiles: Club name, description, location, facilities
• Job Postings: Position details, club information, requirements

4.2 With Your Consent

When you apply for a job or contact a club/coach, your profile and contact information is shared with the relevant party.

4.3 Service Providers

We share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the platform:

• Supabase: Database and authentication services (hosted in EU)
• Cloud Storage: For storing profile images and documents

4.4 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights and safety.

• Share your data for advertising purposes

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention.

MisterLink is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 16, please contact us immediately.

Our mobile app does not use cookies. We may collect anonymous usage analytics to improve the app experience. You can opt out of analytics in the app settings.
